At Noire, we aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please review our Return & Exchange Policy before placing your order.
Exchange Policy
We currently offer exchanges only. Exchanges are allowed for size or color, subject to product availability.
Exchange Eligibility
To qualify for an exchange:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.
- Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- Exchanges are allowed only for size or color.
- Custom or personalized products are not eligible for exchange.
Exchange Process
To request an exchange:
- Email us at everything@noireclothing.net with your Order ID and exchange request.
- Our team will verify your request and confirm product availability.
- Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
- Once the returned item is received and passes inspection, the exchanged item will be shipped within 3–5 business days.
Return Policy
At Noire, we do not accept returns for refunds.
However, if the product you receive is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a replacement.

Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange or return:
- Custom or personalized products
- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Products without original tags or packaging
Special Notice
For P-POP Culture Merchandise, size exchanges are not available.
