Cancellation and Refund

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If the order has already been dispatched, the cancellation request may not be accepted.

Refund Policy

At Noire, we do not offer refunds for orders once they have been delivered.

Our store policy allows exchanges only, provided the product meets the eligibility criteria mentioned in our Exchange Policy.

Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is defective
  • The product received is incorrect
